A nice little apartment building in a fairly quiet part of the city to the south. Well designed and built, it was a pleasant base to have for 4 nights. Communication was a message in Spanish with the door codes, which is easy to translate. As others have mentioned the shower temperature is best described as tepid. I didn’t really mind as a solo male traveller. My only real complaint was the bed. The bedroom is massive so to have a small double bed and not a king size was a shame. It’s also a poor quality mattress so my quality of sleep wasn’t the best. Also the cleaner came once in 4 days. Again, it didn’t bother me but I would have preferred a change of bed sheets rather than new towels. If the bed had been more comfortable I would be happier paying more for a the apartment. Something for the owner to consider. Overall I would recommend if you’re not too fussy about shower temperatures or bed as it’s a lovely apartment for the money in a decent location within easy walk to anywhere in centro

The check-in process was confusing and poorly communicated. We were not told which unit was ours and had to wait for responses over WhatsApp after arrival to receive proper instructions just to get inside. Once inside, the unit did not match the photos shown on Expedia. The listing was misleading and did not reflect the actual condition or appearance of the space. Noise was a major issue throughout our stay. We could clearly hear footsteps from the upstairs neighbor and even when they used the toilet, which made it extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the property itself has attractive features such as arched windows, plants, and plenty of natural light. Unfortunately, these positives did not outweigh the issues with management, misleading photos, and noise. I would not recommend this property.

Hotel stay was good. The location is perfectly situated. The staff is amazing and they follow up on any concerns you have. Our Internet in our room was not good from 5pm to 10pm but the staff tried there very best to get it sorted out and by the final night it was better. I felt very safe staying here. Thanks again for all your understanding Centrico Live603 for a wonderful stay. Oaxaca is so beautiful and the food here in Oaxaca is by the best in Mexico!!

Comfortable apartment in a quiet area within walking distance from the center. WiFi was unreliable and hot water was almost never available when I needed it most and had to adapt when less guests were around. Great that we were able to store our luggage there before our departure in the evening.

Lovely little apartment, really great value. Walkable to everything in the centre of Oaxaca and easy to access via a key safe. We were provided water too which was really appreciated as we arrived fairly late without anyway

Is within walking distance to Mercados, restaurants, and attractions. Place was very clean. The things I wished it had was a microwave and blender as I planned to make food at the place which why I reserved a place with a kitchen. The only thing not working properly was the shower head, it was leaking but it was not that bad. Also it rained some days and water seeped into living space through the front door each time. This was late June. Besides that kitchen had other amenities such as fridge with ice, stove, toaster, cook wear, dishes, cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper. They provided filtered water. The bathroom had soap bars and shampoo. Towels seemed clean. Bedrooms had closets and clean sheets. You can hear the neighbors next door. Thankfully we didn’t have anyone staying up too late disturbing the peace. Instructions on how to get your key was a little confusing to me. I arrived late at night and so I had to call the property owner/manager and he answered right away and was helpful with instructions. I didn’t need him after that. Cleaning lady was very nice and helpful in giving tips on where to eat and what to see. I traveled with my older parents. Adults only. I would stay here again. But not with my small children because there is no pool.
