"The room was clean. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Staff were great until breakfast. At breakfast the staff (including General Manager) were extremely loud, laughing, etc. Another guest actually got up and closed the door to where they were. "

"We stayed in one of the cabins for two nights at the beginning of March. Cabin was clean and room comfortable. Only two problems. Couldn’t get TV to work and front desk was closed. Fortunately security guard came and got it sorted after speaking to tech guy. The other problem was cabin was freezing when we are at 4:30. We immediately turned on heat but it took to 9:00 the next morning before temperature in the room reached 70 degrees. Which meant the very loud fan ran all night. Given they knew we coming, they could have turned on heat to get the room warm. Cannot speak to any food/amenities as nothing is open in March. Won’t open until April. The front desk person was nice enough but not much help with recommendations for food places. The security guard was very helpful and friendly and suggested several very good restaurants. That was our only interaction with staff. "
