We had reserved one room, and had used points from Hotels.com. When we arrived, there was total confusion because they had two room reservations and asked us whether we had canceled. We sat in the lobby and waited for a while until the boss of the person at the front desk called and worked on the problem. There was some discussion of how the Expedia card did not work, but we know that we have never had this problem before. Local staff did everything they could to solve the problem, but the problem was between the Hotels.com reservation and Expedia.

Very convenient location for our visit to the New River Gorge NP. We stayed two days including Thanksgiving. My wife and I were very happy to have our Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was very good.
