I stayed here with my dog while we were going to visit New River Gorge (which I also highly recommend!). Nobody seemed annoyed that I had my dog! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. It was safe and clean. The park was super close and there is a ton of stuff to eat nearby as well. I appreciated the room also came with a fridge and microwave. Good tv options (it rained a lot on day so I appreciated this). Coffee available all day. Ample parking. Really can’t go wrong with this place honestly! :-)

I was charged twice. The lady told me she was only charging me for accidentals. Then my account was negative. Told me they would not pay for overdraft fees still have not received my refund. Housekeeping was beyond loud in the morning. The walls are like paper fin. I recorded in the morning sounded like somebody had a jackhammer on the top floor. Will never stay there again. Definitely not the Hylton experience I was expecting.

Renee at the front desk when we arrived was super friendly and went over the property amenities. The facility is practically brand new and was very clean. We slept great in 324 and we were greeted by the cleaning staff as we departed. Will stay again!

The hotel is new and clean but not well built. We could hear guests next door talking (and a dog barking) and the squeaking of the floor upstairs irritated us most of the night. No coffee machine in the room although they provided coffee in the lobby.

Easy to find off the interstate, next to many food areas to fit every ones food tastes. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. Will be heading back to that area soon and definitely stay at this establishment.
