Check in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean and freshly renovated. Only downside was the breakfast, not as many selections as other hotels but sufficient. We would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and had very comfortable beds and bedding. We appreciated the dog friendly stay and lower than usual pet fee. It lacked safe walkable access to sidewalks but that is the norm in that part of Beckley unfortunately. The staff was very nice and for the price, this is a great option considering it lacked a fitness center but had other good qualities. We would stay again!

Would have been a horrible stay. If it wasn’t for the young lady at the front counter. We had an issue with our room. Instead of calling someone else to fix she came to the room and helped us herself. She was amazing and super helpful.

Our room was great with air conditioning that got nice and cold. However, we were very disappointed with the breakfast selection. It was only bread products, cereal, boiled eggs, and yogurt with some toppings. Nothing warm, nothing fresh. We would up going to the nearby Chick-fil-A for breakfast because we were so dissatisfied with our options.

Staff were extremely nice and friendly. The hotel is overpriced for what you get but they are about 20 minutes from New River Gorge NP. The pet fee is listed wrong on hotels.com and is actually $75 per stay. Our room had a gap in the door so it was a little noisier than it should have been. The room smelled musty and the smell didn't really go away unless the air was running and even then you could still smell it. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was simple but decent and hours were generous (6a-10a) compared to other places we've stayed. Not a bad stay if you just want a bed and shower but there are probably cheaper places to stay unless you need a pet friendly hotel.
