I love staying at this hotel! It’s very convenient for shopping, dining, and walking to the beach. The hotel is clean, and the staff are all so friendly. The valet parking team is especially nice and very attentive. I really enjoy my stay every time!

The room was very clean. The service staff were all very nice. I loved that there was a room with 3 full beds. It accommodated us all perfectly. It was nice to have a water bottle filler and ice daily. Mahalo!

Everything was great - resort location, cleanliness, amenities, decor, live music, restaurant. Only thing is the beach front, very small area and not as nice as expected.

1. Great location near all the shopping. Literally 2 minute walk to everything. 2. Has good views and is pretty clean and nice overall. 3. Valet was really fast and $65 a night. 4. Room was in good shape and had decent partial views in the tower we were in. 4. Pool was cold and very deep not a good choice if you have littles. 5. There is beach access but it’s not huge very tiny skimpy beach. The Hilton has the best beach in Waikiki. 6. Monkeypod is ok weird food choices nice view but overpriced. Go for lunch or a drink.

The room was nice. The cleaning staff did a great job. The hotel got rid of the Shorebird and the new restaurant is nowhere near as good and the atmosphere is boring. Also there was no mention when we checked in on hotel amenities. The bar/lounge had a long waiting time when there were plenty of empty tables, just no one to clean them. I will not stay there again.
