The hotel has been completely refurbished and is absolutely gorgeous! We were able to walk to so much in Waikiki. Loved the shopping, restaurants, beach, and bus routes so close to all the tourists attractions. The Staff were amazing and so helpful.

The trip itself was amazing Hawaii was beautiful my room was good not the room I originally books however I was able to upgrade easily my room was ready so I was able to check in early which was phenomenal, service was good and the bed was very comfortable, the view I had was good! overall 9 out of 10 I would stay again and would recommend plus the concierge service made it very easy to book activities during my stay!

We stayed here for a week. The hotel was nice, clean and had an updated decor. Food options were very limited with no hotel restaurant. There were 2 restaurants adjacent. The one we ate at had a very limited menu and the food wasn’t very great. You have to walk a block to find a Starbucks. The beach was a short walk with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was super nice and the rooms were very clean. The gym is very large with a nice pool adamant to it. We had a city view room and there was lots of construction across the street which started early morning. Overall nice hotel for the price.

The hotel is nice however the room category we selected was called "King (Waikiki View)". There was no view except of construction across the street. The room itself was really nice, but we were expecting a view - that is why we chose this hotel. There is a great restaurant with daily happy hour on street level.

The room is fine, except there was a loud low frequency humming noise all night. I suspect it was from the air conditioner compressor, because it would turn on and off from time to time. I was in room 612.

The front desk receptionist was genuine, had a good ear, and did her best to upgrade us according to our requests. We were very pleased! The staff at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel are all heart, professional & dedicated. Also, it was nice to be treated like a VIP at Tanaka of Tokyo. We enjoyed a delicious dinner. Thank you for our Staycation experience.

If you’re in a crunch and have no other option- book here. First off, we checked in thinking everything was fine. We got out room information, headed upstairs to discover the room they gave us didn’t exist. We went back to get a correct room assigned to us. The moment when went inside, we decided to shower since we had plans.. only to discover the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was pubic hair covering the shower. We asked someone to clean it and she wiped the tub with the shape rag she used to wipe the floors using her foot. After asking if she cleaned it, we checked and it was still covered in hair. Went to the front desk and complained and although they did give us food vouchers for the issue- it just kept getting progressively worse. Every time house keeping came to the room- they never cleaned the bathroom. We were stuck cleaning the bathroom ourselves our entire trip. Pool is pretty mid, area is convenient and nice- but there are better options out there.

The customer service was amazing! Very friendly staff and very welcoming. Shower was very small, not much room to move around and the water pressure was low. Hot water took 10 minutes to come on. Bathroom counter could barely fit our toiletries. Bathroom sink was extremely small. I barely got a Waikīkī view, it was mostly a parking lot. I loved all the stores that were within walking distance, and very accessible to Waikiki beach. It’s about a 6 min walk to the beach. Overall I loved the staff but I wished I could have enjoyed the room.
