Very clean environment. But pool closed we didn’t know that when we booked also you are not able to use the balcony since have a sign on the window . Breakfast area is not outdoor since they have renovation again we didn’t know that . I believe all the guests should know all of those before they booked and must mention on the website.

I didn’t like breakfast tables outside and birds flying everywhere on table’s unsanitary. Did not stock your room with enough towels, washcloths only one washcloth for two people no one wants to use someone else’s washcloth married or not

The Hyatt Place offered easy access to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy to grab a towel and walk to the beach. We loved the daily breakfast and the staff was very helpful. Valet parking was quick and easy. Pool was closed but we enjoyed the area beaches. The Dominos pizza was very handy and there was a food truck set up nearby. Parking is expensive but well executed.

I recently stayed here, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Once we finally got to our room, I was disappointed to find the bathroom was equally unimpressive, with mildew in the shower and fixtures that looked like they hadn’t been updated in years.
