We had suite for a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, and I kid). The sofa bed mattress was so thin, for a caliber like Hilton, we expected something a little more comfortable. It would be nice to have had 2 queen beds instead of full beds. The pools were a little crowed at times but that’s ok. General check-in line was a little long. Location is good for close by restaurants and beach access.

Hilton has it all on site if you into never leaving resort but expect to pay $$$. Cant get much better location. Room was outdated in Ali'i tower but clean. Not sure i understood the design of tower we got upgraded to oceanfront but the stair case blocked half the view, youd think the stairs would be on the less desirable side of building. If you are into pools, id say look else where very basic pools.. but who needs em when you have amazing beach with pool like conditions

Nice, but isolated

Resort was beautiful but far away from most everything in Waikiki. Stayed in the All’i tower which has amazing ocean front and Diamond Head views. They try to keep you onsite. Food and restaurants were ok, but more like fast food and extremely expensive compared to other Waikiki hotels in the area. Other than that, it was great.

AMAZING!!!!! we stayed in the Diamond Head Tower with an amazing view!!!! Close to everything and love all the amenities. The beaches and pool are all in walking distance. The kids pool with the water slide was a huge plus! The staff were super friendly. They made you feel like family or that you’ve been there before. This is definitely my go to hotel from now on whenever I visit. Huge bonus was the fireworks right in front of our room. Beautiful view!!!!
