Good for a budget stay as long as you don't care where you stay. Location is good and you can walk just about anywhere in the city and beach faster than waiting for transportation. However the cleaning staff failed to clean our room even once during our 3 night 4 day stay even when requested.

The room was fine for my purposes. The neighborhood is away from the bar scene and fairly quiet at night. The 7-11 stocks almost everything for a quick meal and is just a few steps away. The hotel is older and you should keep some earplugs for any of the hotels in Waikiki

friendly staff, quick service, requested more towels and toilet paper and it arrived within 5 minutes. Loved the shops on the first floor and food trucks located right across the street where the workers were just as kind. Our AC stopped working our last night there, then our socket blew after plugging in a phone charger. All in all great service and great experience. I would stay here again.
