The room was clean but felt quite dated and dingy. The carpet and furniture showed noticeable wear, and there was a musty smell that lingered throughout the stay. A refresh in paint and furnishings would go a long way in improving the overall comfort.
The bathroom looked like it had been partially updated, but the caulking around the tub was in fair condition. Replacing it would not only enhance the appearance but also make cleaning easier for staff.
Breakfast was generous, with eggs, French toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, toast, and coffee. It's served picnic-style using paper plates and cups, which felt a bit informal. The restaurant area itself could benefit from a renovation to match the quality of the food.
The lobby was clean and clearly the pride of the property—bright and welcoming. Parking was ample, and despite being on the street side, noise was minimal. I occasionally heard boat horns, which added a bit of charm.
Overall, the stay was adequate, but the property would benefit greatly from updates.
