Who hosted us ( Adrian ) shut out to him. Amazing human being n so was the cleaner lady. Felt like home staying there. So relaxing! Adrian was accomodating. We will see him again in the near future. But if you dont like road noises then this place inst for youd its a boulevard n what do you expect. But didnt have problems about it. I loved the noises cars n all that. You r on vacay so who cares!!

Room was clean and street noise was overcome by the a/c, which was powerful and easy to control. The staff were friendly and Adrian went out of his way to make sure my stay was good. Bicycle was good and really helpful getting around. Utensils and dishes are minimal but adequate. There are several good restaurants within walking distance including great quality sushi on the ground floor.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. They said I could check in early, but that wasn't true. I had to wait three hours in their office. The amenities listed were not provided, such as a washer and dryer. I had to demand it before they brought in the machines several days after I checked in. Then I almost died from a gas leak. There was no carbon monoxide detector. I found out the hard way that there was no 24 hour front desk attendant or concierge as advertised. They took their time to come and fix the gas leak, and I had to demand that they turn off the gas until they fixed it. I guess they were okay with me suffocating and didn't care that I got very sick. I checked out early of course and asked for a refund for all the trouble I experienced, but they refused. There are no locks on the windows or balcony door. If I could give this place a zero I would! Stay here at your own risk.

Adrian was great but the accommodations were less than satisfactory. The heat pu P/ air conditioner leaked on our heads while sleeping, bed were full size- not even a double which sheet didn’t fit, Linens were terrible, had to go buy pillows! Sewer gas coming in the bathroom and laundry room. Located at least a 25 minute walk from the beach! Just a horrible experience over all!

Es un edificio muy cómodo, con centros comerciales y playas muy cercanas, mi estancia en el departamento fue increíble, la atención que recibes es increíble, te tratan como un verdadero cliente y no como uno más, en cuanto pague, no subió el costo, fue el mismo que decía directamente aquí, sin impuestos engañosos, la verdad yo recomiendo muchísimo estos departamentos, son económicos, limpios y muy bonitos

Excelente lugar, muy cómodo, limpio y tranquilo. Tenía mis dudas para hospedarme debido a un comentario negativo que leí, pero decidí darles la oportunidad a las buenas reseñas y definitivamente no me equivoqué. Adrián fue muy amable y atento en todo momento; me ayudó con mi equipaje y se aseguró de que todo en el departamento estuviera en perfectas condiciones. Aunque solo me hospedé una noche, me agradó mucho que contara con cocina y centro de lavado, lo cual considero indispensable para estancias más largas. Pasé una noche muy tranquila y realmente pude descansar. El check-in y check-out fueron rápidos y sin ningún inconveniente. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.
