We were put is a supposely assessable room. The a/c did not work. Went down to lobby and was switched rooms. The new room was great.

The hotel was very clean, rooms smaller than newer hotels, no queen beds. Cannot imagine why in Clyde, Ohio the price is so high! Got a nice big room in a capital city on the East coast for way less in an upscale hotel. Must be the overflow from Sandusky, plus not much competition in town.

The hotel was nice, as was the room. The site is nice for a family - pools, beach etc. The staff were also friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing - 3 cereal brands, cheap pastry's... For me the worst part was the hidden fees. I had paid through Cheaptickets and assumed that everything was covered. However, when we came leave we discovered a $27 per day tourist fee. They explained that the expedia brand never covered this. This was a bit of a shock when there was no mention of this. If I had known, I doubt we would have gone.
