Room was good, staff were nice, amenities were ok, waterpark, half the slides were closed, no lazy river booo, and the big dumping bucket was closed. no coffee maker in the room, and I was sent an offer to upgrade for a low price and they said they couldn't honor it due to booking through expedia.

Staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. Room wasn’t as clean as it should be, left over trash in the room from guests before and cobwebs in the corners. Breakfast buffet had a massive fruit fly problem. Food options are not good in the resort- thank goodness for the attached famous Dave’s which was delicious
