I had to ring the desk bell four times and finally yell to get someone to check us in. The guy at the front desk gave us a list of does and don’ts. One of the don’ts was that we couldn’t leave key card in our room when we checked out or they would charge us. They DIDN’T clean our room either day, not even fresh towels. They threatened to fine us $20 if we brought pool towels back to our room. Idk how else we were supposed to get clean towels! The pool was too cold to us to swim in, way too cold. I pick this place by accident and I’ll never step foot in there again. It was a horrible experience!

Im assuming the owner is who checked me in. Not very nice during check in. And then he came to ask my kids and I if we had a reservation, while we were swimming, asked my last name and room # and asked if we shut the door, To the outside(door went to the outside from where the pool and spa were) we did not, it was shut when we got there. Assuming for humidity purposes, but he wasnt very nice about it. And acted like we had snuck in to swim. This was on the 2nd night we stayed. However the guy on morning was a delight. I think he cleans the rooms, checks out and does the breakfast. Was very helpful and super nice. Got anything we needed and made sure we were OK! The owner could take note on this behavior. Hit tub wasnt very warm, and I was afraid to turn it on. Made a loud noise. There were no signs not to use.

The breakfast was decent. There is not any housekeeping services available. If you need fresh towels, you need to bring the used ones to the front office for exchange. The issue I had was when I brought the used ones to be exchanged, they didn't have any clean ones available. The staff informed me that I would have to wait for the laundry to be done and I could get them later. The other problem I had was an unauthorized charge to my card on file that they charged the day of check in. Not only did they not disclose or inform me of the charge, it was for services not rendered. Staff refused to reverse the charge. Also, it was always hard to find staff to communicate with.

A very budget hotel. Stains on the walls and sheets. Some debris in room. TV not functional. Room keys often wouldn’t work. Workout gym with minimal and missing equipment. Very thin walls, could hear the guests next door conversation. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was alright. Allowed early check-in.

The hotel was filthy and had a bad odor throughout. We had a room with a non working toilet and the clerk gave me a plunger to use for the weekend. Roaches in the bathroom and gross stuff on the walls and floors.
