Overall it was a good stay. The room had a slight smell to it but not too bad. It was clean, hotel staff was nice and helpful and we added breakfast to our stay which was good.

First of all, they double charged us for the room charged us for things that we didn’t have or do they charged us for a guest room that we didn’t have. Second of all when we went to eat in the restaurant, they had nothing we wanted. The service was lousy at the bar. We had to go across the street and eat at a restaurant. The breakfast is horrible. I charge $36 for it which is not worth two dollars. How do I get my money back on this room? How do I speak to because I called that hotel and they’re not answering or helping me what do I do?

The hotel is located in a convenient location. Plenty of restaurants and shops clise by. Our room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room stayed regulated. I will stay here again.

The entire staff was extremely accommodating ! I had to stay there for several weeks due to me relocating and they were always polite and on top of maintenance requests. I didn’t think the area seemed to safe but the hotel has staffed security so I would definitively recommend anyone to stay here . If I need a place near the area I’ll be going back !

Top attributes: staff service, parking and Speakman showerhead. Needs immediate attention: breakfast. Other comments: Average cleanliness. Noise level, can hear traffic and neighboring room. Room with 2 beds felt tight and bathroom was definitely tight. Bathroom can use an upgrade, just leave the showerhead.
