It's dated, but was clean old charm with old smell, I always travel with air freshener so that helped, pillows to flat, not much to choose for restaurants on this main street. It was a 20 minute drive to Burney Falls and hour drive to Mt Shasta , that's why we picked this location.

The room was mostly clean. The faucet in the bathroom leaked around the base of the fixture when you turned it on. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. It's a cute motel. The rooms are small but clean. It was also quiet. For lunch, at the recommendation of the front desk, we ate a burger at Alpine Drive In and that was very good

Cracks in the laminate flooring, that obviously need repair. Small cramped room. Priced like a big city hotel but it is only a remodeled small 50’s motel. They even do not offer bfreakfast.
