Good Hotel

While there have been some upgrades to this facility over the past several years, some aspects of it appear a bit "tired". That stated, it was clean and the staff were friendly and several were extra helpful, this last of which was very much appreciated. The food was good, not spectacular, but that wasn't necessary either. The prices were all fair. The room was well-enough equipped and the beds were good. Did we need anything else? No!

This hotel is right at the harbour to catch the ferry The staff was so friendly and dinningroom the waitress had been serving 30 years, she was so nice The ice machines were not working staff was not aware of the issue

They are so nice here and the room is unreadable for the price we have a view of the harbour. And the towels are decorative and just some really nice touches. Definitely would stay again.

Comfortable bed, working wifi and tv, good size room and super friendly staff. If you are taking the ferry either to or from Newfoundland and need a convenient location to stay this hotel is far and away the best option. Literally minutes to get to the ferry terminal.
