"Pros- I was looking for a place to accommodate 4 guys on our annual golf trip and boy this place did not disappoint. 1: Very well maintained, clean and updated 2: Plenty of hang out space 3: Outdoor area sitting on hole nine of Pawleys Plantation was awesome. 4: Beds were very comfy 5: Great location- able to hit all the local course within 5-10 mins, dinning and night life short drive. 6: Great quiet and friendly neighborhood. Cons- Parking- arrived late on Thursday, parking lot has plenty of room if folks would park correctly. Could use dedicated parking spots for each condo with lines."

"Customer service was great and prompt Rooms where clean and so where the linen Property has a nice view of georgetown marina Has continental break fast, enjoyed my morning coffee. The front lobby is very well done up for working and relaxing when looking for change. Guest laundry with in the property made life easy."

"The stay in Debordieu was wonderful. The house we stayed in was very comfortable, well equipped and a great location. My only complaint was that the rental company had to switch our house placement at the last minute due to construction in the house we selected. Knowing that contractor work can get delayed, I am understanding of this, but I wish they had given us some notice and compensation for the value of the house change. We were not informed until key pick up. Other than that the house was excellent and communication with the rental company was fine. The beach credit they provide with every rental was a great way to rent bikes."
