Great little hotel, very well kept, with just the right touch of antique furniture. The rooms are super cosy and the dining/living room is very nice with a beautiful view. The 7-course dinner was outstanding and came with well-paired wine recommendations. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Overall, pretty much the best hotel experience we head during our two-week tour through Nova Scotia.

What a nice surprise. My coworker and I had decided at the very last minute to stay in Cape Breton. There was very limited availability anywhere and, withour much research. we decided to stay here. This gem was a highlight of our whole trip. We really enjoyed the dinner experience. 7 courses of pure love! Lex and Hogle were most pleasant to talk to and are assets to this hotel. Our rooms were well equipped. The bed was comfortable, great showers and amenities. We loved having a Negroni on the porch. The food and service at both meals was top notch. Can't wait to return someday!
