We want to welcome you to Wellington 301, a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy all the sun and fun you could want at our home. Oceanfront pool for you to use after a hot summer day, or just take in the ocean air from our large corner balcony. We can not wait to have you!

Welcome to Wellington 301! You will find all the creature comforts of home at our place and we welcome you to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Our home features a smart lock so you can check in right at the property. Free Wifi, All linens included, and 2 parking passes!

Walking into the home our Master bedroom is to your left with a large King Size bed and an ensuite full bathroom.

Going down the hall towards the ocean you will find 2 guest bedrooms and an additional full bathroom.

One of the 2 guest bedrooms features a Queen size bed while the other hosts a Full size bed comfortable for the whole family!

Our kitchen has been fully remodeled with custom granite, updated backsplash and fixtures

The best part of the home is the living area that just washes into the outside balcony, you really feel like you are able to touch the water from the couch!!

No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed. No smoking or pets. No emotion support animals per the HOA

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
To ensure your first night with us is comfortable, we've provided a starter kit of essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you settle in. Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.

TV/STREAMING
The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. Cable TV is provided– streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience!

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

POOL/HOT TUB MAINTENANCE
Our pool is maintained by a trusted third-party company. Due to their independent operations, we can't provide specific day confirmations to guests about their visits, and they are not required to announce their arrival when servicing the property.
