The unit was bright, cheerful, and clean. John was quick to pickup the phone and help out with a couple questions when we first got there. The unit is nicely decorated and has a super comfortable king size bed in the huge master bedroom. The parking lot is very small and monopolized by full time residents. John has one designated private parking spot in front of his garage and we are grateful he allowed us to use it. The unit is a 10/10 so tell a friend!

The house was a very nice place. Very clean, comfortable and like new. The location was great as well and just a short walk to the pool which was never over crowded or busy. John was in contact through out the week with an email or text just to see how everything was and if there were any issues. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in a quiet area you can not go wrong with this home.

We had such a great stay! The home was extremely clean, cozy, and well taken care of—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway.
