This spacious 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom ocean view condo is located at Ocean Pier 1 in the highly desirable Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo has a charming nautical design with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. It features 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, & 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has their own TV as well.

The unit is fully equipped with central AC/heat, washer/dryer, and an outside storage unit on the ground level to hold all your beach items without having to drag sand in the condo. It has an amazing view that will keep you in awe. You can also keep an eye on your young ones in the pool from the balcony. Ocean Pier 1 has a private and secluded feel to give you a peaceful experience, yet close enough to all the shopping, entertainment, and attractions that make the Grand Strand famous.

Barefoot Landing is less than 2 miles away, along with easy and direct access to highway 17. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to enjoy the beach from your own private condo, while taking in the beautiful sunrises right from your own balcony!

Great place for family

The unit was very clean and accommodated our family of 6 well. Beds were all very comfortable, including the sleeper sofa. The grounds were very well maintained and we loved being feet from the beach. We would stay again.
