THE CONDO
Welcome to `The Salt Water Revival,` your stunning 7th-floor oceanfront sanctuary! This modern, beach-themed condo is the perfect waterfront retreat for up to six guests, designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

A bright, airy space with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a 40” Smart TV with Roku, and a sliding glass door that opens directly to your private balcony and the breathtaking ocean beyond.

A well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, a 2-burner cooktop, a microwave, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four.

By Car: Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within a short 5–10 minute drive. Parking is free and easy at the resort, with on-site options available.
Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area and are great for quick trips to Barefoot Landing, golf courses, or nearby nightlife spots.
Walking: Barefoot Landing and several beachfront restaurants are less than a mile away—perfect for a scenic walk along Ocean Boulevard.
Golf Carts: Street-legal golf carts are a popular (and fun!) way to get around North Myrtle Beach. Rental companies nearby can deliver carts right to the resort.
Whether you want to cruise the coast or stay close to the beach, getting around is a breeze.

For your comfort and safety, the unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest stay.
Starter Essentials:
We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to help you settle in before needing to shop.
Beach Gear:
We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use. However, these can be seasonally rented directly from lifeguards on the beach.
Extended Stays:
Extended stays are welcome! Discounts are available for weekly or monthly bookings, making this an ideal choice for both short getaways and longer vacations.
Parking Restrictions:
Please note that resort regulations prohibit motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and similar recreational vehicles anywhere on the property. These rules are established and enforced by the resort, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with their policies.

We provide starter essentials only and all replacement items will be the guests responsibility. Towels and linens are not replaced by the host during their stay, but can be refreshed at the (in-building laundry area)
POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
