FEATURES: Take advantage of a large swimming pool, open 24/7 for your relaxation and enjoyment. This property includes bed sheets, bath towels, and washcloths for your convenience. It is also equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, ready to accommodate your groups's needs.  Free parking is available on the property, with space for up to 8 cars. The in-unit laundry room includes both a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome, there is a $300 fee per pet that can be paid online or upon arrival.

1. Each and every room had roaches, even in the shower, bed and kitchen.2. the dishwasher fell out of the cabinet each time you used it, it was dangerous and could knock down someone.3. my brother got locked in the bathroom for over two hours while we were at the ocean and could not get out, he did not have his cell, this is a huge safety issue. 4. The couch was cloth and each time you sat on it, the smell came up out of the cushions, even after we sprayed it down countless times with Lysol.5. This property is shared with another property and we share the pool. The pool was very nasty had no smell of chlorine or any cleanliness smell, full of sand and bugs. I cleaned out the skimmer myself being a pool owner, it hadn't been cleaned out in a very long time. The whole week we were there no one took care of the pool.6. During our week stay the other renters were very nasty and threw their stuff/trash over the fence and took over the picnic tables so we could not use them as well as leaving dog poop everywhere. We cleaned up their trash so that we would not be charged for it and took pictures of before and after if needed because we always leave a place cleaner than we found it.7. The neighbors left on the pool shower wide open several times flooding our front door and one of our elderly guest fell, I have a picture of the flooded area as well. Maybe they could fix the area of the run off water to go to a different direction I don't know.We left a day early due to this
