The room was out dated and not very clean. Was a rough start, 15 min wait to check in because there was nobody at the desk. Then once we finally checked in we got stuck in the elevator. Very rude young girl at the desk. Day 2 was much better , still didn’t use elevator but breakfast was actually good. All of the other staff we dealt with rest of trip were amazing..

The room was dirty. A pair of underwear was found in the bedding. One bed was covered in hair. Wall paper was coming off the wall. Elevator did not function properly, leaving me stranded insife for over 5 minutes.

The room was clean, but not the cleanest. The bathroom was dirty, and I don't think the bathroom door had ever been cleaned. The TV box was hanging down, held in place only by wires. The breakfast—if I can even call it that—didn't offer many choices. For one night, it's okay, but not for longer periods.

The property was very nice. Staff was very professional. Christmas decorations were beautiful. Just a few minor issues. The right elevator does NOT stop on the 3rd floor which i was staying but staff did show how to get around it. The tv remote didnt work but the staff came to turn the tv on for me.

The room had wash basin issues. The receptionist denyed change of the room and was very close to being rude. Also the room was allotted in the third floor and incidentally the lift was broke or something and wouldn't go to odd floors, ie we either could go to 2nd or 4th but not third. So had to use emergency exits with my luggage.
