The staff was great and the room was fine but there was constant banging all night so I got no sleep. Also the temperature in the room could not be regulated. Not sure if it was weather related or a problem with the system. However the hotel is very clean and the breakfast was good

Overall the stay was excellent. The buffet breakfast was really good with different options over the 3 mornings that we were there. The location was great, not far at all from the main attractions in Niagara Falls. The rooms were comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean look on the exterior and interior. It was perfectly priced for taking my grandkids for a sleepover that offered an inside pool and free breakfast. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The beds were outstanding from the mattress to the covers.

The hotel and room were clean and newly renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they accommodated every request we made. Two things that were disappointing were the breakfast and parking fee. There were very limited options in the buffet compared to other hotels of Marriott and parking fee of $15 was a bit high for each night. Overall the experience was great and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again.

I am not happy with their customer service. I arrived late at night almost 10:30, despite of my booking they asked credit card for the deposit hold which was ok, but unfortunately my cc did not work, I gave them visa debit they said no , has to be cc only, then asked me give them $300 cash deposit and asked me to go to ABM if I don’t have cash,. They asked me to go back to the ABM machine it was almost 11 pm, I had to go to ABM which was again 20 min to go and come back. I did not like their cs the staff wasent trained enough. On top of that I had do not disturb tag outside my door, their staff still knocked in the morning. They really need to learn hospitality skills to run the hotel , which they lack in

Rooms were very NEAT n clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend others to this place.We booked a studio with kitchen and multiple beds which had a nice view.LOVED IT.
