Our room was bigger than we expected. Bathroom was nice with a big shower. Our room could have used a full length mirror for dressing. Very nice place to stay with a short walk to shops and restaurants. Many wineries close by as well. We would certainly stay there again!

Property was gorgeous! The staff were incredibly helpful and the afternoon tea was an incredible experience. The only con was that Netflix didn’t work on our room tv. Overall, I would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxed retreat.

Everything was wonderful: the staff, food, beautiful room and location. Unfortunately, they were in the process of renovating the parking lot, so guests had to park a distance away, but that is only temporary. The Charles is my hotel of choice whenever I visit Niagara-on-the-Lake.
