Everything was great! Excellent and friendly service. The food at the steakhouse was excellent and the views amazing. The view from our room was great, of one of the falls. Loved that the window opened a bit, we left it open to hear the falls while sleeping! The exterior like an old historic building, and the inside updated beautifully.

The front staff were extremely helpful when the door to our king suite was locked from the inside and we couldn t get in. They gave us another room not as good a view but by dinner time they had got the door open and we were able to stay in the original room booked with fabulous view of both falls. The room was bigger than the other but not really a suite. Bathroom was very small. King bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and quiet except for weird hum coming from the waterpark engines. Didn t keep us awake. They gave us late checkout and sent up a bottle of wine and 2 glasses to make up for room delay and it was our 25th wedding anniversary. Tunnel to casino very handy. Clifton hill a short walk

Expedia misrepresented the room on this property. Yes it was a "Falls View" room but the view was so small. Room very small. I could not even sit on the toilet properly and I am 6 foot 200 lbs. Unreal. Staff was not responsive to our needs of light bulbs that were burned out and that was just the beginning. Our maid was great and the room was a 6 out of 10 on cleanliness but we are fussy. Stay elsewhere if you can. Not this place. BTW the restaurant hosed us on price and service. Shame on me for not checking prices first. Stay in Niagra on the Lake area and commute to the falls for day trip of touring the falls.

Right at the base of Clifton Hill, this hotel was within easy walking distance of so many restaurants and souvenir stores. It is close to stops on the blue and green line buses as well so if walking was not an option, the buses allowed us to get to our destination with ease. The check-in staff were lovely and our room with the falls view was both the US & Canadian falls as well as the nightly fireworks. No street noise made it up to us either as we were facing away from Clifton Hill and the road that the hotel is on is actually fairly quiet. It is adjoining to the Sheraton by a covered walkway which allows quick access to the casino and a covered walkway to the waterpark. It is also steps away from the Rainbow Bridge if you want to walk to the middle of it (don't forget your travel documents to get back into Canada!) or I guess to the US. The only downside is there is no hot tub and the saunas are not working. We went for a swim in the pool, which is enclosed, but you can clearly see where the hot tub was in the past and I don't know if the sauna was just broken or if it has been de-commissioned as well. I highly recommend getting those up and running otherwise the pool area is just wasted space. This hotel is not a pickup point for any tours you may wish to do BUT the Sheraton is so don't let that dissuade you from booking something. All in all, I WOULD stay here again. For the price of other Fall view rooms, this hotel was a steal.
