This was an incredible property and sleeps 12 people comfortably in 6 double beds. The four upstairs bedrooms are very good sizes and each has their own ensuite bathroom. Since this is a brand new build and I think we may have been the first people to rent there were a couple small issues. No towel racks or toilet paper holders in any bathroom. For a house holding that many people more dishes and silverware should be available for at least 2 meals before having to use dishwasher and more towels, blankets too. A few more amenities in kitchen like muffin tins, cloths for kitchen cleaning would have been nice. Lastly I would recommend some rugs and decor for better insulation of noise as you could hear everything being said in other rooms and blackout curtains in all bedrooms since the sun was blinding in the front bedroom even with the nice blinds that were already there. Other than those minor issues and not great communication we loved the place. Also list only 5 parking spaces if entire garage is available for parking and if not only 3 spots.
