I am very happy with my stay. They were very considerate and helpful getting my party in rooms close to each other. (There was 16 of us) The rooms were large, comfortable, and very clean. My bed had seen some service but was still in good shape. I slept great. My whole family said the same. So you can call this 16. 5 star reviews. Any future trips to the falls I will be staying here. P.S. the pool looked great, but I never used it 😊

Good size room, comfortable beds and pillows. Room clean (except dirty towel found on floor upon arrival) but somewhat dated. Close to falls, within walking distance. Would recommend for short visit to falls.

Kings Inn Niagara Falls — Come for the Price, Stay for the Fireworks and Stair Workout ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Communication? Excellent. Parking? Picture Tetris… but with SUVs and zero extra spaces. The front desk hero guided us in like air traffic control at a sardine can airport. We rolled in a little late, but downtown Niagara Falls was already throwing a full-blown party — people roaming the streets, music blasting, fireworks cracking. It’s like Vegas and a carnival had a noisy, sparkly baby. Then came the stairs. Three glorious flights. No elevator. Just us, our luggage, and our cardio dreams coming true. By the third floor, I was questioning my life choices — and also whether sherpas are available for hire in Ontario. Need ice? Better practice your “Excuse me, may I?” face, because there’s no machine. You’ve got to go on a mini side quest to the front desk like you’re asking for contraband. ✨ Bonus: If you’re planning on staying in Niagara Falls for a couple of days, this is actually an excellent location — smack in the middle of the action, walkable to everything. So while the parking is tight and the stairs are relentless, you can ditch the car and hoof it to all the major sights, restaurants, and chaos. For the price, you really can’t beat it: fireworks, nightlife, convenience… and a complimentary stairmaster session.

Highly recommend! Booked last minute for a weekend getaway. Definitely worth it for the price! The room was very clean and cozy, no smoke smell or anything. Booked a single queen, when we got there, we had been upgraded to a bigger room! Fast check in as well, very nice guy and you can tell they've done it for years. They have an extra fee at the hotel for about 24$. Parking is included, which is amazing! My only issue was the toilet clogged during the night after its second use. There was no plunger on site. After a lot of flushing, it cleared.

This is an older motel but the exterior is kept in lovely condition. The room that I was in had everything updated except the bathroom. Bathroom was pretty wornout & could use an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. It was close enough to Niagara Falls to walk there so no need to try to find parking for a car. Their parking was free. However they did have an unexpected resort fee per day. The outstanding asset would be the staff. Super friendly and they go above and beyond to make your stay positive. I mentioned that I'd stopped to do a wine tasting and the desk clerk told the cleaning gal who found me a proper wine glass. Other workers were outside directing you where to park and were working on the upkeep of the outside of the building.
