The staff were friendly, but there was miscommunication regarding vegan options for breakfast. Check-in staff asked about dietary restrictions but it was not translated to breakfast staff and there was limited food options for my friend. From my perspective, the breakfast was very tasty, but it was disappointing in light of the earlier question.

Perfect Spot for a Niagara-on-the-Lake Getaway

We had such a great stay at this boutique hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was spotless, cozy, and had nice little touches that made it feel special without being over the top. The location couldn’t be better. Everything in Niagara-on-the-Lake is right outside the door—restaurants, shops, the theater, and even some wineries are just a short walk away. It was so nice to be able to park the car and not need it again until we left. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. You can tell they really care about making sure guests have a great experience. Overall, this place is charming, comfortable, and in a fantastic spot. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit.

The property was fine. Information about the shuttle was confusing, not always available. The biggest issue was a noisy dog left in the room barking while the owners went out to play golf. I would not recommend staying at this property for that reason. I wanted to take a nap but it was impossible with the dog barking for hours. Not only was this rude for many in the hotel including the lounge but it was terrible for the dog. While I spoke to the receptionist and she documented the problem I never heard from the management. Since it is pet friendly the staff could not enter the room to remove the dog. The owners were called and a message left on their phone. I sent the management an email also and they completely ignored it. An establishment is only as good as the management and I have to say I would not give them even 1 star. This is not an inexpensive establishment so spending your money elsewhere is recommended.

Close surrounding area needs refreshed. Close neighborhood (walking distance) beautiful. Second time I stayed here in 2 years and the 1st time room was just perfect. This time room was very large, but across from maids closet and very noisy. Went across the street to Queens Landing to eat was very nice. But that was only place to eat in walking distance. Refund of damage deposit was .55 cents short??

Great getaway

Wonderful hotel! Great location! Walking distance to so many things. Rooms are spacious and include fireplace plus deep whirlpool tub with separate shower. We have stayed here 4 other times and will no doubt be back.
