We were offered upgrade at the reception to the top floor full falls view room for extra $ 150. We took the upgrade however the room was terrible - narrow and long like bowling alley, not cleaned, left over garbage in bins, some chicken wings sitting in fridge (We are vegetarian).

Room was excellent, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great. Onsite restaurant TGIF was great and location was perfect. Walking distance to most attractions and the views from hotel were amazing. Niagra Falls is a must see!! Would definitely stay here again.

The Embassy Suites Niagara Falls (Ont.) is a beautiful hotel and the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is very convenient to major attractions such as The Falls themselves and the Fallsview Casino. It was the perfect place to stay for the concert I attended at The Old Stage at NF Fallsview Casino. Excellent experience.

The check out process was inefficient and tardy. I was asked to wait for an inventory for 20 minutes and I would be called back. 45 minutes later I went up to a different person and was told I didn’t need to do anything and was good to go. I was delayed and the taxi had to wait for 30+ minutes.

The worst place I stayed at, no place to park unless you pay $40.00 per night and it's 6 blocks away. Elevators very slow, you have to go down the stairwell for the pool, breakfast is terrible, dry eggs, not much options for Hilton Hotel. Never again.
