I was expecting the standard of the facility would be higher . The breakfast menu was typical - same breakfast throughout our stay . Lining up for breakfast was horrible . Only One elevator was in operation . There used to be long wait for travelling up and down .

Hotel by itself was OK. But when I was checking in, they tried to put me on 42nd floor instead of 15. When I was booking it, I specifically paid extra to have 15th floor and view on Niagara Falls. At the check-in, the lady tried to assume that they don’t have any extra room and the only option they have is for 42nd floor or city view. But again I paid extra just for this specific floor and view. I knew if you go higher, there will be no visibility to Niagara Falls since it’s cloudy. I clearly stated to her that I paid extra and after i asked for the manager and then after five minutes somehow there was available room on the 17th floor. They charge C$100 for valet so be ready for that. Elevator was a long wait also just wanted to say thank you to your housekeeping system since when we checked in the sheets were dirty and then they immediately brought your sheets.

the rooms are outdated and we found hair in shower. otherwise it’s a nice hotel (lobby) and had a friendly workers. we paid for a niagara falls view and that was beautiful. i don’t appreciate when checking in the staff trying to update me a room “upgrade”.

Hotel upgraded us to premium Niagara Falls view and suite. Fabulous experience!!! Absolutely the best location, amazing beds and linen’s. Staff - in entire hotel - above and beyond. Restaurant was extremely pricey. Many other dining options - immediately available.

Overall this property is awesome. Great location, walkable for the Falls, shopping, restaurants, Clifton Hill, etc. The included breakfast was extremely busy but the staff moves it along as quickly as possible. Our only complaint was the slow elevator situation. I don’t know if it was because of the holiday weekend, volume of people but the elevators were packed and long waits for moving to and from the lobby to certain floors.

Our original room was not ready by the time we arrived (1:30 pm), so we upgraded with an additional fee. Glad we did! The view from 3008 was wonderful! Views of both falls and large space for our family of 5. Pros: Valet service was excellent, location was very walkable to the Power Station and furnicular to Table Rock Center. A few cons: Water pressure was not great, and the wait for the elevators was extremely slow during busy traffic times. Breakfast buffet was decent, but wish there were more options for fruit.

We were offered upgrade at the reception to the top floor full falls view room for extra $ 150. We took the upgrade however the room was terrible - narrow and long like bowling alley, not cleaned, left over garbage in bins, some chicken wings sitting in fridge (We are vegetarian).

Room was excellent, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great. Onsite restaurant TGIF was great and location was perfect. Walking distance to most attractions and the views from hotel were amazing. Niagra Falls is a must see!! Would definitely stay here again.
