The room is incredibly spacious and well-designed. The view from the room is breathtaking. It's like watching an IMAX movie theater from inside the room. We can see Niagara Falls and the fireworks vividly. Amazing!!

Great location to the falls and wonderful view from our room. Breakfast was a bit busy but the full breakfast eg scrambled eggs, pancakes,sausage plus drinks and pastries was a great bonus perk. Only downside sometimes long waits for the elevators but with over 40 floors that’s to be expected. Would definitely recommend this hotel

For as nice as the place was having to pay for parking was unfair. $100 a day for valet. $65 a day on site. And $35 a day off site with a shuttle bus service. I was forced off site because the size of my vehicle. Was told later because of my handicap plate could of got a discount. Either way it should be included in the cost of the room.

The breakfast that was included in this package was a horrible experience. The lady that was looking after the dishes I think she was one of the waitresses told us to bring our own trays and dishes to dump the food in the grey bins while the other two customers that were in front of us she didn’t tell them to. The man that was at the Hilton Honors that served me was not friendly at the welcoming check in. I asked if he needed my honour membership number to check in, he said he would not need to because I booked through Expedia so they will not add any points. He did not explain about the breakfast voucher nor the happy hour vouchers inside the little folder with the key cards, he just handed over to me and pointed where the elevators are. So rude. Long waits at the elevators and always time consuming.

The hotel has the best location to see the Falls. But our room is a bit rundown. The drainage noises are running all night. Also the breakfast is not as good as other Embassy Suites
