Room was small for a suite. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Pre-cooked eggs that were cold. Pre made toast that was also cold. Juices were made of water. Omelets were premade and looked like they came out of a box. Parking fee was exorbitant. $70 per night to self park. Typically Embassy Suites has a made to order breakfast. Don’t expect that here.

The location and the facility is AMAZING!! You have to get a room with the falls view. It was incredible!! The breakfast buffet food was really good. They run it a little differently but it worked.

We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but it’s nice that it was an option. The view of the falls was spectacular! It was within walking distance to the boat ride, which was nice. Overall great experience.

Check in front desk staff very rude, absolutely NO customer service. Breakfast hot food is cold just like take out from freezer, absolutely NOT Embassy standard. Sitting inside TGI Friday, no customer service, all waiters are yelling everywhere, can’t believe stay in Hilton Embassy brand hotel, just like stay in 2/3 star motel. All water tap inside room is very tight, not easy to open for water.

Honestly, the rooms are quite dated and could really benefit from some much-needed renovations. The manager was wonderful and offered to upgrade our room, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to learn that I couldn’t attach my Hilton Honors number to the reservation because it was booked through a third party. As a long-time Marriott Bonvoy and Villa owner, I’ve never encountered this issue when booking through Marriott — even when the reservation was made via a third-party site. I decided to give my Hilton membership some attention, which is why I chose to stay at the Embassy. The rate on Expedia was better, which is why I booked through them. Love Expedia! I have no issues with this amazing platform.

Tried to contact the property through several email about a suspicious charge from the hotel, they went silent and never replied, Expedia couldn’t even contact them. My guess is that they are guilty and wanted to ghost me

We were given an upgrade for $75 which afterwards didn’t know why we paid it. The rooms are extremely outdated. Carpets are from the 80’s (so I thought) bathroom tile outdated, and furniture very old. Bathroom supplies were nice and the shower doors were modern. I guess the lack of competition leaves them with no reason to spend on upgrades.

Excelente hotel, tiene el railway justo al frente lo que permite un acceso fácil y rápido a las cataratas. La habitación estaba limpia y con buen olor y las vistas son impresionantes. Hospedarse acá vale 100% la pena. Staff son extremadamente amables y atentos. Super recomendado!!!

Our stay at the Hilton Niagara Falls / Fallsview was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that guest comfort and service were not priorities. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in, and the first receptionist we spoke with seemed completely indifferent. He said he would “put a rush order” for cleaning, but nothing happened. I had to go back three times, and each time he brushed me off. On my fourth visit, another receptionist finally helped us—he was polite and professional—but I could still hear the first one whispering that the room wasn’t ready and making faces behind him. That level of immaturity is unacceptable for a Hilton hotel. We were finally given a room on the 40th floor, directly below the 41st, which was under heavy renovation. The construction noise was unbearable—constant drilling and hammering until 5 PM, and it woke us up again around 7 AM. Not a single word of warning at check-in. Paying full price for this is insulting. The attached photo shows what greeted us outside the elevator—scaffolding, cords, and tools everywhere. It looked more like a construction site than a luxury hotel. The view could have been great, but it’s hard to enjoy anything surrounded by noise and stress. This stay ruined what should have been a relaxing getaway. Hilton should be ashamed to treat guests this way. We’ll never return.
