Was very happy with our room except we had a very noisy fan in the bathroom, and the bathtub was high so for an older person or possibly someone disabled it would be hard to get into for a shower or a bath. Other than that, we were happy.

This property was very convenient to all the attractions. Initially chose it because of the free parking and included breakfast. The breakfast was sparse but adequate. The property itself, is in need of maintenance ie: water damaged carpets, peeling wallpaper. The mattress in my room was very comfortable! I would stay there again.

Used to go here a lot. But it hasn’t been updated or renovated in years. Things are old and musty. Banging in the pipes kept us up. Hallways stunk and they wouldn’t allow check until 4 pm. So there was a line up of people loitering in the area. However, free parking, excellent breakfast snd great location helps balance it out if you are on a budget.

It is an outdated hotel but the free parking and full breakfast makes up for that. Also the location is perfect right in the middle of everything. Walking distance from Clifton Hill, with all the amusement places and restaurants, Niagara Casino and parks and the falls.

I stay here every year min 2 times. The rooms are getting rougher. The ceiling in some rooms are falling apart. Havent been able to use the pool last times no part of the hotel just alway slammed with kids .

The hotel itself was fine, perfect for what we needed. The front staff and housekeeping staff were so friendly. Only found the food or breakfast staff rude. My kifs missed breakfast by 1 minute, understandable as they were not there on tume,however when my daughter was filling up hot water,staff came and grabbed the water midway. When she asked them to wait a second,the lasy rolled her eyes and scuffed. If not careful my daughter could have gotten scalded by the hot water. Area was convenient to attractions however.
