This charming bed and breakfast in Niagara Falls is a true gem, and it's all thanks to the wonderful people who make it so special. Jon and Joyce are the kind of hosts that make you feel like treasured guests rather than just visitors passing through. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality created such a welcoming atmosphere that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available with helpful recommendations and local insights, yet gave us just the right amount of space to enjoy our stay at our own pace. And then there's breakfast – what a treat! Every morning felt like a special occasion with beautifully prepared dishes that were both delicious and thoughtfully presented. The breakfast alone is worth the stay, featuring fresh ingredients and creative touches that elevated the traditional B&B experience to something truly memorable. The combination of comfortable accommodations, exceptional hospitality from Jon and Joyce, and the incredible breakfasts made our Niagara Falls visit truly special. Bedham Hall isn't just a place to stay – it's an experience that adds so much value to your trip. We can't recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

John was awesome. Easy check in. Beautiful room, was clean and very nice. Within walking distance to shops and food. Transportation was also available to nearby attractions. Breakfast was cooked upon order and good. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful Bed and Breakfast and wonderful owners. Joyce and John are great host and were pleasant and helpful in suggesting places to go. Location is close enough to the Falls but away from the busyness of the falls. A bus stop is close to take to a lot of the attractions.

I loved the personal experience of staying at a small place outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. The room was amazing. Great bed and a very relaxing whirlpool tub. Would highly recommend. Two blocks from WeGo bus to get to all the attractions.

Everyone was so welcoming. Met John upon arrival and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Joyce who greet you in the morning and takes your breakfast order is the sweetest, nicest woman I could’ve stayed and talked with her for quite a while. Ping, The cook and baker is unsurpassed as far as other B&B chefs and I’ve had some good ones. The bed was comfortable, had an independent air conditioning unit on top of the Central air, which we only needed at night. The location is ideal. The first day we walked to the Falls and all of its sites. The second day we drove up by Queenston and to Niagara on the lake Ontario for the peach festival. Got to experience the town in a nice way. Then we drove over to Avondale Dairy Bar for the best ice cream I’ve ever had highly recommend. We had a wonderful two day adventure.
