We stayed in an Oceanview room at Sunrise Nha Trang Hotel. We enjoyed sunrise every morning. The breakfast buffet offers variety food choices., Staff are very friendly and polite. This hotel is in walking distance to the Chợ Đầm, main market in Nha Trang, and many restaurants.

The onlybreason this was a 4 and not a five star review is because the toom was a little dated and there were some funny steps taken, such as having to wait after checkout while they inspected our room. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Two bottles of water were given daily and as well as room services and a plate of tropical fruits was given too. The currency exchange rate at this hotel was higher than in Da Nang’s hotel. In Da Nang, the rate was $1USD = 25,000VND. At this hotel was $1USD=26,160. The buffet breakfast had Vietnamese’s, few Korean and western dishes and those were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. I left a big stain less steel bottle of water in the room after checking out and was waiting for the taxi to the airport; fortunately the maid whom we met the day before had running down and gave us back that steel bottle. However, the things I did not like were no hair conditioner in the shower stall and the bathroom shower edge was very lower, so the water was running out off the stall shower every time we took the shower. The beach was in front of the hotel. We were too busy with tours and shopping, so we did not have time to explore the beach.

Fantastic hotel and staff

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Truly a 5* experience. All staff from Reception to Pool, Housekeeping, Beach attendant and Restaurant were so so nice and helpful. We loved our stay and cannot recommend the hotel enough. Everybody went out of their way to provide great service.
