나트랑에서 달랏까지 호텔직원이 ( 소피아) 버스를 왕복 예약을 도와 주겠다고했다. 두 명의 왕복 백만동 달라고 했다 . 달랏을 갈때 리무진 버스를 탔는데 운전석 바로 옆 맨앞에 보조 좌석두 개에 타라고했다 . 어떨결에 탔는데 그 자석은 너무 불편했다. 앞에도 발을 뻣지도못하고 너무 좁고 뒤로 자석을 넘길 수도 없고 옆에 팔 거리도 없어서 달랏가는동안 산이 지그재그로 나의 몸이 이리저리 흔들려 3시간 30분동안 너무나 불편 했다. 머리도 아프고 멀미날정도였어요 . 나중에 화장실가라고 중간쯤에 내려서 뒷좌석을보니 비교도 안되게 뒷자석들은 너무 편한 자석이었다. 뒤로 누울수도있고 안마 의자까지되는 고급스러운 좌석이었다 . 알고보니 값은 똑같이 받고 여행객을 차별했다 . 그리고 날짜도 내가 정확하게 내일 다시 나트랑으로 돌아온다고 말을 했는데도 불구하고 직원이 잘못 이해해서 내일 모레로 티켓이 되어있었다. 달랏에 가서 내가 티켓 확인을 안했으면 내일 돌아오지도 못했고 한국 비행기도 못타는 그런 불상사사가 벌어질뻔했다. 그리고 호텔 그 직원 소피아에게 카톡으로 서로 메시지 주고받고 언어가 되질않아 계속 베트남 언어로 변환해서 보내고 했다 . 소피아직원이 하는말 버스 회사에서 버스표를 바꿀수없고 만약 취소할경우 50프로 벌금을 물어야 한다고했다. 이것은 소피아 직원의 잘못이니 호텔측에서 책임을 져야하는데 책임 못진다고했다. 너무 황당하고 이것때문에 신경쓰느라 달랏 여행은 다 망치고 돌아왔다 . 이곳까지 여행 와서 즐거운 여행이 되기는 커냥 너무 실망이 컸습니다. 여러분 ! 항상 확인 또 확인 하세요 . 버스 리무진 믿지마세요 . 직원들 믿지 마세요
