"I booked a "Study" room which was more expensive than the other rooms. It was advertised with a number of LARGE windows. However someone wrote me and asked if I would be OK to accept a single bed or a standard bed. This was crazy. I expected a bed not for the college kids despite the name of the room.
I mentioned it to the check in clerk and he gave me the "STUDY" room which had a king size bed and with many windows, as advertised.
What happened and why about the message before I checked in?"
