This would have been a 10/10 excellent stay but for the nickel and dime charges like no water during dinner - we could only have tea but they can fill plain water in the tea container for the same charge of tea - that is what $64 HKD for plain water and no toothbrush or toothpaste so I had to buy a tin with 4 or 6 tooth brushes for $40 HKD. Also, the water dispenser should come with instructions and you can’t fill it unless you call room service and finally the internet - I have an android and an iPhone and neither would connect to the internet so the staff unhidden another link so I can have access. These little things made it a little annoying for an otherwise wonderful stay!

The room is clean and staff is friendly and polite. We didn’t opt for the breakfast in the hotel. Hence, we went for the Craft Cafe for breakfast. Breakfast was mediocre and pricey. We ate at the Dragon Wind for dinner. It was scrumptious but costly. The lunch at the colours of the wind restaurant was good but the portion was small. We ordered lamp chops and kids’ meal. My hubby was down with food poisoning after eating the lamp chops as it was too rare although we ordered medium well. Disneyland was soooo fun. Not crowded and lines moved fast.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but there wasn’t much that felt surprising or special, and it doesn’t quite compare to Tokyo Disneyland. The food in the park still has a lot of room for improvement and really needs to be upgraded, especially considering the high prices.

This is the nicest of the 3 HK Disneyland hotels from my point of view. Deco of the hotel grounds, especially the Christmas vibe, were superb. Room however was very average and more in line with what you get for much less. Breakfast is on the expensive side with a big variety but average quality.

We had a great time! The magic is there! I rated breakfast a 4 only because it's very much a lot of meat, rice, noodles and very terrible if you're allergic to egg! Almost everything has egg in it in the buffet at Dragon Wind. Other than that - such a great stay and loved the free shuttle busses to other hotels and to Disneyland. Pristine grounds and just a lovely place to stay. The bathroom in our room is quite small (well, it's a toilet and shower in a tiny room and the fan didn't seem to work), and the sink is outside of that. Just some improvements to make, but not deal breaker. We would stay again.

The room was beautiful, clean, bigger than expected and the bed was SO comfortable! Perfect place to relax at the beginning and end of a big day in Disneyland! Love the little perks that came with it too, like the shuttle bus and side entrance into the park! Wonderful experience, would definitely recommend!
