The location of the hotel was ideal and the overall public facility was fine (not great). However, the guest rooms have moldy smell that was not removed even with the air purifier. Hotel tried to move our family (multiple rooms) to other rooms but they were all the same regarding the moldy smell. This is a health issue that needs to be addressed by the hotel.

The stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located. We departed a cruise ship and were able to walk with our luggage. The staff was readily available and answered any questions we had. They brought ice to our room immediately upon request! The bed was comfortable, and the room and bath were spacious and very clean! It was a great stay!

Great location & great view of harbor since we got a room with harbor view. Room was ok, a bit dark & dated. We booked a king bed room but was given a room with a double bed. The bed was certainly too small for our liking but hotel says they have no more non- smoking room with a king bed!

In addition to selections above, easy access to buses, ferries, mtr, avenue of stars, ocean view and harbour city malls right beneath the hotel. Avenue of stars just 5 minutes walk, great for morning and evening walks. Marco cafe great buffet at floor 1 with great hotel guest discount. First time in Hong don’t think could have picked a better spot.

Big room small bed

Bed is a bit small but the room is quite spacious. Service is ok but getting to the main lobby from the street and from the lift lobby, there is no ramp for luggage. Need to carry your luggage up and down a short flight of stairs. Location is pretty good though.
