From the minute this was booked, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to confirm anything. Only text messages would be returned, even upon arrival, which was supposed to be contactless. Then i found out that there was no parking on site. Their parking lot was .6 miles away! Or, i could park on the street, which is both difficult to find, and can get expensive in season. Only after promising a poor review did a girl appear at the building, although she offered no information that changed the aforementioned facts. They was no office, and no place that anyone would occupy in an on-site capacity. This was clearly some type of investment company. The doors were all electronic keypad locks, and codes were emailed or texted. Very very poor experience. Then there was the room. Although clean, the shower was dripping so fast it was almost running. I have video. The Continental breakfast was pathetic. Stale mini bagels, sliced store bought pound cake, and an open container of cream cheese from which all guests served themselves. Unsanitary would be generous.
