Very nice room and very friendly staff but the hot water did not work for several hours one morning and I was still charged $20 per day for amenities described as "things like free parking" (which is listed on Expedia as free or included) but I am thinking hot water would be high on the list of standard amenities!

Totally remodeled hotel from the old ramada with new bar and restaurant great location just outside of Newport 10 to 15 dollar uber to the waterfront new rooms lobby and cannot beat the rates compared to in town hotel's

This place is great. The price is fantastic, its clean, welcoming, beautifully decorated, has all the amenities (living rooms, reading rooms, gym, onsite bar/restaurant). Its a quick drive or Uber to downtown Newport. Cant say enough good things.

We have stayed at this hotel a lot at times and the staff is very friendly, especially the check in desk clerk, I don’t remember his name. I’m not sure if he’s Russian or polish but he is very friendly and funny. The hotel is very clean and is definitely my favorite. We are coming back next Wednesday and staying until Sunday. That’s how much we love it here.

Wonderful property and great value for the price. Very spacious and clean rooms. Convenient location, cute restaurant/bar downstairs plus a few reading nooks to lounge in. The only thing to be mindful of is there is no elevator, didn’t impact us but those with mobility limitations may consider requesting a room on the first floor. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
