If you are looking to stay near Bowman’s Warf this is the perfect place. It’s quaint, quiet and the breakfast is delicious! They were so helpful and friendly and I will be returning! This Inn is in walking distance to the free trolley service and shopping.

Old historical Inn with tiny rooms, no elevator, window a/c unit. Staff directed us to park on the street because the small parking lot was almost full and spaces were small and we had a big vehicle. I chose this Inn because every other place in Newport was sold out (July 4th weekend). Good: The Inn was within walking distance to Bannister & Bowen Wharfs. Not so good: The tiny room was quite pricey.

It is an old build and that’s the charm. Staff was great and the amenities were perfect. Bed was comfortable and appointments we great. One block from upper Thames street and walking distance to everywhere.

Parking area is tight, recommend not to rent a full-size car. Connection to internet requires call to front desk as info on room door is incorrect. Upon arrival, I found no staff in the building. Had to call the inn to find out that registration was in the building next door.
