This quaint and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 story home with bay views is within walking distance to the Balboa Pier and restaurants! With a large area living room, patio with bbq and full kitchen, this home has all you need. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, the family room and 2 full bathrooms provide plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the sun on the balcony. The master suite has a king bed and an adjoining bath. Washer and dryer and one parking spot.



The front patio has a table that seats four, an umbrella, bay breezes and a BBQ, great for grilling while making plans for the next day's adventures! The home has one car parking space on a pad at the rear of the property.



The bayside neighborhood where the home is located is a real gem. Close to the beach and bay, yet cut off from much of the hustle and bustle of the Peninsula, it provides a quieter spot to enjoy all the same amenities as others in high-traffic areas. Families with smaller children will appreciate the bay beaches with no waves where even toddlers can enjoy the water without getting bowled over by the surf.

Other Important Details:

- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.

- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
