Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

Beachview Bundle: By booking this combined listing, you're eligible to receive our exclusive complimentary package upon request, which includes upgraded beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, cooler, and cart) and the potential for early check-in and late check-out, based on availability.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.

Laundry: A coin-operated washer and dryer are available. Guests must provide their own laundy supplies and quarters.

Parking: Two tandem carport parking spaces for each residence, which can accommodate most vehicles. Clearance of 76" for one space, no height restriction for the other. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Host provided good communication and was responsive to issues although the dishwasher failed during our stay (maintenance issue), they were unable to replace due to the holiday, and did not offer even a small credit for the inconvenience which was annoying. Great location across a busy boardwalk from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and other amenities. Check in and out was easy
