We stayed at this property for eight weeks - fantastic location within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Host was very welcoming and available. The house was perfect - well equipped, lots of room for our family and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional CDM house

This is the most beautiful property in CDM and only 2 blocks from the beach. Every room is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The front patio with the BBQ and fire pit made every evening so enjoyable. And the neighborhood is extremely quiet and also walkable to everything you need.

Superb Luxury Rental 2 Blocks from the Beach & the PCH!

This is a luxury property with a primo location! Gorgeous designer touches like Serena & Lily decor throughout. Well stocked with plenty of room for 8 of us. The owner was very communicative and went over and above on the few requests we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house Great Location

319 Jasmine was a great place for our family this thanksgiving. The floor plan is well decorated and the amenities are well thought out. The kitchen is perfect for family gatherings. The house is on a cul de sac 12 houses from the water. Amazing check in process and very thoughtful home owners. I’ll definitely be back.

Most beautiful and cozy house

I had the best experience renting this beautiful house in CDM. The house is new, comfortable, beautifully decorated...so spacious and it has so much natural light...only two blocks from the ocean!, walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops...I was sad to leave.
