LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the laundry room along the side walkway. Guests must bring their own laundry supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
Two designated spaces on the right side of the carport. General neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.
LOCATION:
Best of all is the home’s proximity to the ever-popular 40th Street Beach, known for its excellent surf and welcoming shoreline. A longtime local favorite, it’s a spot where everyone can find something to enjoy. From this prime location, nearly every convenience is within easy walking distance, from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and a variety of nearby eateries just a few blocks away to the lively yet charming Newport Pier area. Along the way, you’ll also find banks, a pharmacy, a full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages. Many guests find they can park their car upon arrival and leave it there for the duration of their stay. The beachfront boardwalk, stretching nearly six miles along the peninsula, offers a scenic route for walking and biking, while the Seashore Drive bike path provides another easy way to explore the area.
