We used the shuttle service upon arrival for couple hours layover and was disappointed with the overall condition of the vehicle. The white bus is very outdated. When I sat down the seatbelt attachment had a sharp broken area that tore a hole in the side of my pants. This was not only frustrating but also unsafe as it was very sharp. I brought it to the staff attention, but the response was very nonchalant and lacked empathy. Stayed there on the return home (pre booked) and again disappointed, the unit was visibly clean but still concerning because the garbage was piled up and not removed from beneath the kitchen sink. I expected better care for passengers, safety, and comfort. I hope Management considers updating the shuttle and remind the house keepers to be more thorough.

Excellent Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I really appreciated the small touches—like complimentary apples and coffee , fresh towels, and how quiet the space was. I had plenty of question before my stay even start days prior the people at the front desk answered all my questions and the stay was exactly what I was told no extra fees or problem easy check in and check out… answered questions with no problems it’s very rare you have the whole staff friendly and helpful thanks so much

The sign that tells you what hotel is where needs to be updated and legible! We drove around the hotel no less Than 5 times, as it is between 2 other hotels, noticed the other hotels signs, but since this is between 2 hotels their outer building sign you can see but when you come around to get to it the sign at the entrance is VERY Illegible!! Frustrating to find hotel, other than that it was clean & comfy.

This hotel looks nothing like the photos online, definitely was dirty on the outside and HUGE pothole in the parking lot. So be carful if driving at night because you’re will get damaged. Shady ppl smoking outside. The bathroom door was broken and extremely hard to open/close. No air vent in the bathroom and a/c is not central air and room had a hard time cooling off. One of the Elevators was broken. When pulling in there was no signs letting you know to turn instantly from off the freeway. Breakfast was not good. Lots of bread and the breakfast sandwiches looked like plastic. The bananas out where not ready to eat and needed to rip some more, ice machine was also broken in the 4th floor. Do not recommend this place and very disappointed that my decision was solely off of photos and hotel descriptions.
