I do not recommend Aslan. Our room was not cleaned once during the 4 nights we were there. Our room heater was broken and they replaced it. Aslan's breakfast is not good.

When we arrived, we were placed into a different room from which we reserved. The front desk staff quickly fixed that, and said that it was a mistake on how Expedia sent the reservation over. Our room was ok. Not sparkling and worth 5 stars, but clean. While inspecting the mattresses, the mattress encasement on one of the beds had several tears in it (which defeats the purpose of the encasement). The bathroom door would not stay closed. Also, the toilet paper holder didn't actually hold the toilet paper, so the toilet paper just sat on the counter. I did appreciate that the front staff did what they could to remedy the issues we brought to them (changing our rooms, and comping our parking). Overall, not a bad place to stay.

Staff claimed that hotels.com never paid them. Changed my reservation to a lower class of room but demanded I pay the rate hotels showed I paid for this lower class room. Which means they likely were lying about the whole lack of funds being transferred. Second they attempted to describe the rooms by different names to make it sound as if the room I reserved was not existent. Third, the hotel manager claimed that somehow I picked the room inappropriately when it was the Hilton app that texted me if I wanted to checkin early and get a digital key, that program had correctly acknowledged my reservation and assigned the proper room, so the managed downgraded my room. I would suggest that if you have a reservation at this location check everything several times as something seems off.

1) The breakfast done before the time that they told us. 2) On Friday night the alarm sounds 3 times because apparently one of the guests smoke in her room, when my wife and I went to the lobby the guest it was yelling, recording videos and make fun of the other guests and nobody from the hotel did something. Some people asked to the receptionist to call the police but didn’t happens. I am so disappointed about that.

Our stay was very good overall. The room was clean, although I recommend they check under the sofa bed more thoroughly because I found some trash there; that's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. The breakfast was good, and all the staff were very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Thank you.
