Featuring a spacious living room area including a couch, a flat TV and a dining table, for relaxing evenings after an exciting day in the Big Apple. The bedrooms inlcude a Queen size bed and one full bed for restful nights, a sleeping sofa is also available to sleep two more guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, and a toaster to cook delicious meals.
Welcome to a spacious apartment that offers comfort and convenience. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is minimum stay of 30 nights or longer!

In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed & coffee table. This versatile sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for guests. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals together comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and / or toaster oven and an eletric plate. It has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort.

Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, each with a comfortable double-sized bed. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort, Computer Desk and windows that allow natural light to fill the space (heating/air conditioning unit availability may vary according to the season).

For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV.

Please note that utilities are not included in the monthly rent. The utilities cost $360 per month. The utilities fee should be paid directly to the host during check-in and on monthly basis.

Small Pets are allowed with additional pet registration fee of $425 to be paid directly to Host at check-in following a written approval by host.

Payment Terms: when making the reservation $750 down payment y credit card or Zelle is required to secure the booking. If card is selected, there is a 4% processing fee added. The remaining balance for the f rent & fees is due at check in by Zelle or Bank Transfers. If reservation extended after booking made to a period of 60 days or more for longer period, you may pay directly to host by monthly installments via Zelle or Bank Transfer only.

Located on the Upper East Side, East 94th Street, 2 minutes from the Q line and 5 minutes walking distance from the Green Line, downtown 6 Train, and 7 minutes away from Central Park and the Guggenheim Museum. The neighborhood is home to some of most famous designer stores, well known restaurants, cinemas, super markets, comedy club and coffee shops. Very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just couple of minutes from the apartment - Drug Store, Nail Salon, US Post Office/Fedex & UPS locations, Banks, Money exchange, Barber and more. VERY residential area with very friendly and down to earth residents!

Please take note of the following details before booking:
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $360 per month. The payment should be made directly to host at check-in.
For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours.
Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight.
All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet registration fee ranging from $300 to $500 depending on size, amount and length of stay.
While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue.
Please note that the furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay.

Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash.
