This was our second stay and we would definitely stay again for our next trip! The first time was in December and the heat was amazing, our room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The second stay was during the summer time and the AC was phenomenal and the cleanliness and friendliness were on point once again. Couldn’t recommend enough especially for the area and price point!

Tribeca Fidi Hotel gives you a large room with king size bed, shower, kitchen, hot water brewer AC,Heat and it's got a modest size which is comfortable in an era of super tall hotels. Did I mention location. Perfectly situated near 1 train and 4,5 and R,W trains and Whole Foods. It's a great place if you don't want extravagance but prefer a nice space. Great staff, seems like one big family.
