Rooms are very small and not like in the pictures. Walls are thin so you have hear people getting on and off the elevator all night. Elevator takes 15+ minutes to take you down in the morning especially during breakfast hours. Room was clean. Location is convenient to subway and Madison Square Garden.

Everyone was polite and professional. The room was clean. The breakfast was satisfactory. Our only issue is the room was extremely small, with no space to put our clothes or luggage. Basically had to place in the narrow walking and jump over our stuff all day. Additionally, the lighting is terrible.

This is my third stay and this is my go to place to stay in NewYork. Its in a fantastic location where the theatre district is a fifteen minute walk, great local shops and five minutes walk from Penn station. Rooms are well layed out and the kitchenettes a huge bonus. It is also very very clean. Really good gym and public areas. All team members are a delight. See you in February.

I had a mini kitchenette room. Absolutely no floor space, nowhere to stash clothes besides a micro closet. Cramped bathroom. Every room is too close to the elevators so you hear everything. The elevators could not handle the morning rush, causing waits of over 10 minutes. Worse if your room is on a lower floor. The front desk response was, “it’s busy this time of day”.

Room was on the smaller side, but decent size for NYC. Breakfast was chaotic and quite busy, but it was nice to be included. 3 minute walk to the 1 train. The only downsides were the elevators take forever sometimes, and the rooms are definitely not soundproof. We could hear people’s conversations in the hall when walking to the elevator. But overall, I would stay here again! Convenient, safe, and great staff!
